Alkon ConsultingAlkon Consulting was invaluable in helping us with our new website. Throughout the whole process, their customer service was superb. Alkon was only an email or phone call away if needed. They made us feel as if we were their only client even though we knew better. As soon as the new site was up, there was an immediate response from our customers. They loved it! The website is now a useful tool that we use to better communicate with our customers.

Alkon ConsultingI had some doubts about the value of a web site. However, since it was completed it has been a great sales tool! On a recent sales trip to Puerto Rico, all potential customers turned on their computer and navigated easily throughout. They all seemed more interested in the web site than anything I could hand to them. It was an awesome trip. We have recently mailed out flyers to potential customers throughout the country and have found many willing to get on our web site while we were on the phone with them. This is saving us a fortune in samples. I'm also grateful for the speed at which your office makes any needed changes. Thanks again.

The site represents my practice well, conveying exactly the image I want my clients and prospective clients to see. Alkon didn’t stop at just creating and hosting my site, however. More important to me is the personal service I have received when I wanted to make changes to the site or had questions or asked for help. They make me feel like I’m the only client in their roster. Particularly, Jane Russell, Alkon’s Office Manager, has over the years responded immediately to my inquiries in a personable, knowledgeable and professional manner. I’ve been with Alkon for years and have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend them for website creation and hosting.
